Terms of use

The site gives information about the Karlonet products (KNet). It is provided for information only. Buying and licensing of the KNet products happen on store.karlonet.com, under the licence terms published there; these terms do not grant any licence to the products.

Some parts of the site, such as product documentation, need an account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Tell us at Show e-mail address if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the site or others at risk.

You may not:

• use the site against the law or to harm others;
• try to get unauthorized access to the site, its servers or other people's accounts, or test its security without our written permission;
• disrupt or overload the site, including by automated requests in large numbers;
• send spam or unlawful content through the contact form;
• copy and republish the documentation available to signed-in readers without our permission.

The content of the site (text, images, documentation, the names and logos of Karlonet and the KNet products) belongs to Oslon IT Limited or is used with permission. You may view it and print or save pages for your own use. Any other use needs our written permission.

The site links to other sites, including the store. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of sites we do not operate.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranty that the site is complete, free of errors or always available.

To the extent permitted by law, Oslon IT Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How the site handles personal information is described in the privacy policy.

We may change these terms. The new version applies from the date it is published on this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
